The success of the teams and their working efficiently and with high motivation depend on the strengths of the members and how they are used in favor of the team.

In this program, by using Harrison Paradox Technology, members are provided to see their roles and strengths within the team. Relationships, achievement and leadership skills of the team and its members are assessed. The aim is to raise the awarenes of the members for themselves and team. Program helps the team find practical actions to improve their effectiveness.
