Mid-Level Leadership is not Easy
Mid-level leaders play an important role in translating strategic priorities from top management into actionable plans across the organization. Being a leader at this level means to be exposed to pressure from many directions and is not easy. Mid-level leaders must demonstrate a range of advanced leadership skills.
The purpose of this program is to develop the skills of mid managers; help them master their way to become effective leaders ready to take on greater responsibilities.
