Provides a graphical view of the paradoxical relationship between the traits of different team members.
Trait Export
Provides the data in a form that allows for an easy analysis of the traits of a designated group of employees. This report is especially designed to analyze the relationship between the trait scores and job performance. It shows the average scores for the top performers, medium performers and low performers as well as the score for each employee on each trait. It is intended for benchmarking performance or researching factors related to job success.
